1 clove garlic
1 med. onion
˝ half bell pepper
1 cup chopped celery
2 small cans tomato sauce (or 1 large)
1 ˝ tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 box wild rice, either 4 or 6 oz. size

Sauté onion, garlic, bell pepper, and celery in a little margarine. Remove to a dish. Brown meat in same pan. Drain off the fat. Add back onions, etc. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and cooked, drained wild rice. Stir and mix.

Put a layer in a large casserole dish. Add some grated cheese. Add another layer of meat, more cheese, etc. Finish w/cheese on top. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 35-40 minutes.
